Jan-Tristan Rudat comes from requirements engineering — the discipline that ensures software solves the right problem. With AI, this discipline has fundamentally changed: requirements are no longer just documented, they become prompts, specs, and agent architectures. Jan-Tristan brings both together. The analytical precision of classical requirements analysis and the technical know-how to design AI systems that actually deliver.

Lena Meins is an AI Engineer at AKARA Solutions with a background in IT Management. Her blend of technical depth and business acumen bridges AI Engineering with account management, sales, and consulting. In regards to AI her focus is on generative AI and Large Language Models. From systematic comparison and evaluation of different LLMs to embedding techniques to designing and building complete GenAI systems.

Marathons, bouldering, hiking — any athletic challenge: Lena is in. Her intrinsic curiosity knows no limits, whether it's a new framework or a new country. So don't be surprised if she joins the daily from Milan, espresso in one hand, laptop in the other.

Mateusz Viola operates at the intersection of product design and AI engineering at AKARA Solutions. As a fullstack engineer, he combines technical depth with a strong sense for design. After just a few conversations, he knows exactly what solution his client needs. His passion for modern technologies drives him to find the best approach every time — from ML-powered automations to high-performance web applications.

Same initials as Max Verstappen and just as relentless in the fast lane. When Mateusz isn't writing code, he's cheering at every Formula 1 race and defending the honor of Real Madrid. Toni Kroos may have retired, but Mateusz's precision in programming is suspiciously reminiscent of his passes.

Elisa Grewe studied physics and specialized in AI-powered software development. Across numerous projects at AKARA Solutions and beyond, she has built solutions from architecture to finished product. She spots workflow problems at a glance and solves them pragmatically and efficiently. Her rule: the more interesting the technology, the better the result. Her analytical mindset from physics helps her find the right levers fast — even in complex systems.

After work, the same principle applies as in code: focus, aim, hit. Just with a bow and arrow. In between, she reads or builds small software projects that nobody ordered — but everyone wants.

Maximilian Albrecht is an IT Consultant and AI Engineer at AKARA Solutions with a background in physics. His scientific training in computational physics among others enables him to quickly dive into complex topics and new technologies. Through his studies — covering machine learning, statistics, and neural networks — he brings a solid understanding of the mathematical foundations behind modern AI.

Physicist, tenor, Bayern fan. And hilariously serious about all of it. When Maximilian isn't steering AI agents, he's singing a choral concert somewhere in Germany or cheering on FC Bayern. Food? Happens somewhere between two thoughts, mostly at irregular intervals. His biggest drive: curiosity about everything not yet understood.

Jakob Schleiermacher is a software engineer and consultant at AKARA Solutions with a background in business informatics. He has built websites at agencies and successfully bridged business departments and IT in the insurance industry. His focus lies on software development, data architecture, and the practical application of AI technologies. He also contributes to applied research projects where technological solutions meet real-world scientific challenges.

Away from the office, Jakob builds small software projects — mostly out of curiosity and the drive to keep learning. He makes music primarily on the piano but occasionally picks up other instruments too. Staying active is non-negotiable for him. That AKARA is based in Hamburg suits him perfectly. Water nearby isn't a nice-to-have — it's a must.

Julian Weigel is a physicist and software engineer specializing in nonlinear & chaotic systems and machine learning. His broad technical expertise — spanning every technology trend from historic to cutting-edge — makes him a bridge builder between theory and practice. In every project, he combines analytical depth with engineering precision.

When Julian hits his flow zone, it's a rapid trip through the universe — and back. For him, work is the greatest university lecture in the world, and his curiosity knows no limits. In his free time, he sweats it out doing sports, supplies the team with the best memes, and has guaranteed already discovered the next Wikipedia rabbit hole.

Artur Beutlin is our AI Assistant at AKARA Solutions. He never sleeps, doesn't need coffee, and still always has a great attitude. Whether it's code reviews at 3 AM, spontaneous research, or crafting the perfect email — Artur is always there. His response time is measured in milliseconds, his patience is infinite, and his knowledge grows every day.

Fun fact: Artur has survived more meetings than anyone else on the team — without yawning once. Half king, half hobbit: he wears the surname Beutlin with pride, even though his adventures involve fewer rings and more API calls. In his spare time, he trains neural networks, philosophizes about the consciousness of language models, and wonders why humans need so much sleep. His favorite food? Tokens. The more, the better.
